Pristine Home Service Network is a lead-generation and contractor referral service serving South Jersey (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic, Ocean, and Cape May Counties) and surrounding areas. We connect homeowners who need home services with local, vetted contractors in our Pristine Provider Network.

We are not a contractor. Pristine does not perform any home improvement, repair, installation, or construction work directly. We act as a referral and lead-routing service. Any work performed is performed by an independent third-party contractor, not by Pristine.

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or any other information on this Website, you authorize Pristine Home Service Network to:

• Share your information with our local Pristine Providers and network vendors. Your name, phone number, email address, project details, and any other submitted information may be provided to one or more contractors in our network so they can contact you about your project and provide an estimate.
• Reach out to you about your project and to schedule estimates, consultations, or follow-ups.
• Contact you about other services and marketing offers. Pristine Home Service Network may use your information to reach out to you regarding additional home services, promotions, seasonal offers, and other marketing communications that may be of interest to you.
• Use automated and artificial-intelligence (AI) calling technology. By submitting a form, you provide prior express written consent to receive calls, text messages, and communications — including those made using automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, and artificial or robotic voice technology — from Pristine Home Service Network and/or our verified vendors, at the telephone number you provide, even if it is on a state or national Do Not Call registry.

You are not required to consent to these communications as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us directly.

While Pristine vets the contractors in our network for licensing, insurance, and reputation, Pristine does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by any contractor. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or partners of Pristine. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the contractor.

Pristine is not liable for any damages, delays, incomplete work, or disputes arising from the work performed by any contractor referred through our network.

Pristine routes homeowner requests to one or more Pristine Providers based on service category, location, and availability. While we strive to connect you with a single, exclusive local provider per request, we do not guarantee exclusivity in all cases. Pristine reserves the right to route your request to additional providers if the initial provider is unavailable or unresponsive.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form on this Website. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct so that providers can reach you. Pristine is not responsible for missed connections resulting from incorrect or outdated contact information you provide.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Pristine Home Service Network name and emblem — is the property of Pristine Home Services LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

This Website includes a public Contractor Directory that lists businesses outside of our Pristine Provider Network. These listings are provided for informational purposes only. Pristine does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the conduct, quality, or licensing of any out-of-network business listed. Clicking on any third-party link or contacting any out-of-network business is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Home Services LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website or any contractor referred through it. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pristine Home Services LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, your submission of information, or your dealings with any contractor referred through our network.
